Meatballs are a traditional Norwegian dish and are typically made with beef, veal, and pork. Our family eats a primarily vegetarian diet and used our favorite vegetarian mushroom meatball recipe to create this dish. The mushroom meatballs are delicious and flavorful with a wonderful texture. The rich gravy made with sour cream is a perfect compliment and pairs nicely with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables.
