Makes 4 Burgers
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 Brioche burger buns
8 strips of bacon
12 Mozzarella cheese sticks
Ranch dressing
Tomato slices, red onion rings, and dill chips (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Form the Patties: Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and gently shape each portion into a patty about 3/4-inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent it from bulging as it cooks.
Season the Patties: Season both sides of the patties with salt and black pepper.
Grill the Patties: Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if desired.
Prepare Bacon & Cheese Sticks: In the meantime, preheat the oven and bake Mozzarella sticks according to package directions. Cook bacon according to package directions.
Add the Cheese: During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the grill to melt the cheese.
Toast the Buns: While the cheese is melting, place the burger buns on the grill for about 1 minute, until lightly toasted.
Assemble the Burgers: Place three warm Mozzarella sticks on the bottom bun and top with the burger patty. Add two slices of bacon and drizzle with ranch dressing. If desired add a tomato slice, red onion slices, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
Serve: Serve the burgers immediately with Dash’s “Spring Into Action” curly fries.
