This crowd pleasing Strawberry Italian Soda is refreshing, light, and sweet. Our easy recipe uses only 3 ingredients and takes just minutes. This drink was served on our Lady and the Tramp Disney dinner.
Strawberry Italian Soda
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- Lemon Perrier Water
- Strawberry Syrup
- Whipped Cream
- Heart Sprinkles
- Small whole strawberries (optional)
Instructions:
- Place four champagne flutes on a tray. In a pitcher combine a bottle of lemon Perrier Water with 1 tablespoon strawberry syrup. Depending on the size of your flutes, you may want to use two bottles of Perrier. Whisk the mixture together until thoroughly combined and frothy. Pour the mixture into the flutes.
Using a can of whipped cream, top each drink with a pillow of whipped cream. Sprinkle with heart sprinkles and add a red and white straw. Garnish with a whole strawberry if desired. Serve immediately.
