Crostini is simple, yet so delicious! The sliced strawberries and drizzled honey give these a sweet and fresh flavor twist. These were served on our Cinderella New Year’s Eve Ball. Get our easy recipe here.
Strawberry Brie Crostini
INGREDIENTS
- Baguette, sliced into 1” slices
- Brie, sliced
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Orange zest
- Honey
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet. Top with brie slices. Bake for 5 minutes or until baguette slices are toasted and cheese is melted.
In the meantime, toss strawberries with orange zest. Once baguettes crostini have cooled slightly, top with strawberry mixture. Lightly drizzle with honey.
