Saharan Sunrise Fruit Board
Ingredients:
- Watermelon, cut into 1/2″-3/4″ cubes
- Mango, cut into eight 1″ x 4″ spears
- Pineapple round, 3″ across
- Blueberries, washed and dried
Instructions:
Prepare work area – Place fruits on a cutting board and set a 12″ round platter nearby.
Assemble sun – Arrange eight mango spears to resemble sun rays. Place the pineapple round in the center of the tray.
Add watermelon – Fill in open spaces between rays with cubed watermelon.
Add face – Line the edge of the pineapple round with blueberries. Add two eyes and a smile.
