Ingredients:
Instructions:
1. Crumble cupcakes into a medium mixing bowl. Add frosting and stir to combine. Roll 1 tablespoon of moist cake mixture into a ball. Place balls on a parchment lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm. Re-roll the chilled balls to smooth out, if needed.
2. Melt the candy coating using a double boiler or microwave. Trim cake pop sticks to 3″ long. Dip a cake pop stick about 1/2 inch into the coating, then insert into the center of the cake ball. Place back in refrigerator and allow to harden.
3. After thoroughly chilled, dip the cake ball into the coating until it is completely covered. Allow excess coating to drip off. Repeat with remaining cake balls. Allow to dry on a sheet of waxed paper.
4. Roll fondant to 1/4″ thick. Trim into 2 1/2″ x 3″ rectangle. Cut one rectangle for each cake pop. Wrap to fondant around each cake pop’s stick. Press gently to smooth the seam on the side and on the top.
5. Create small black bows using the silicone mold. Add a drop of water to the back side of each bow. Gently press the bow onto the front of the cake pop. The water will adhere the fondant to the cake pop.
