Garnishes such as fresh herbs or edible flowers
Craft the Letters
1. With a craft knife, carefully cut off the tops of your paper mache letters. Use scissors to trim the edges smooth.
2. Trace the letters onto parchment paper and cut out. Line the bottom of each paper mache letter with parchment.
Assemble Charcuterie
3. Lay 4-5 slices of salami in a long row overlapping. Fold the row of salami in half lengthwise. Beginning at one end, carefully roll up. Place salami roses inside the letters.
4. Arrange salami roses, cheese slices & wedges in the letters. Follow with kiwi, grapes, and dried apricots. Fill in empty spaces with berries. Garnish with mini flowers or herbs if desired.
