Mooshroom Jello Desserts

Makes 8 dessert

Ingredients:

• 2 boxes Cherry Jello
• Cool Whip
• Red Fondant
• White Fondant
• White Gel Icing Pen

Instructions:

1. Bring 1/2 cup of water to boil in a medium pot.  Empty a 1/2 box of cherry Jello into the boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.  Stir in 3/8 cup of cold water. Divide jello between 8 clear mini appetizer cups. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set.

2. Place Cool Whip in a piping bag fitted with a tip. Carefully pipe a layer of Cool Whip over the firm red base. Place in the refrigerator. Repeat the process to create several more layers alternating Jello and Cool Whip. Be sure to allow the Jello to completely set in the refrigerator after each addition.

3. To decorate, top each dessert with Cool Whip. Form small mushrooms with red fondant tops and white fondant stems. Add spots with a white gel pen. Add 2-3 mushrooms to the top of each dessert.
