Chocolate strawberries are always a treat and are so simple and quick to make. These Minnie dipped strawberries are covered in white chocolate with a soft pink tint and decorated with candy pearls. Minnie Dipped Strawberries
Ingredients
- Strawberries, washed and dried
- White Chocolate Chips or Vanilla Candy Melts
- Wilton Pink Icing Color
- White Sugar Pearls
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper and set aside.
2. Melt White chocolate chips or vanilla candy melts in a double boiler or in the microwave. Color with a tiny bit of pink coloring.
3. Dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate.
4. Add white sugar pearls to the chocolate coated strawberries before chocolate hardens.
5. Lay the strawberries on the prepared baking sheet or tray and allow them to rest until the chocolate has set.
