- 2 eggs, separated

- Maple syrup
- Grapefruit, cut into slices,
- Orange, cut into slices
- Kiwi, halved
- Green grapes, washed and dried
- Raspberries, washed and dried
- Mickey waffle maker
- Large round tray
- Small star bowls
Directions
- Prepare the Mickey Waffles:
- Mix batter – Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Whisk milk, egg yolks, and oil in a medium bowl. Whisk milk mixture into dry ingredients until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not overmix.
- Whisk egg whites – Using a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat egg whites on medium-high speed until stiff. Fold egg whites into batter.
- Bake waffles – Preheat waffle maker. Pour ½ cup of batter into a Mickey waffle iron. Spread carefully. Close the top of the waffle maker and bake until golden, about 3 minutes.
- Arrange the Board:
- Place the Mickey waffles down the center of the board.
- Add maple syrup and whipped cream sprinkled with stars to the small star bowls. Place on the board.
- Arrange sliced citrus fruits along the sides of the board.
- Fill in open areas with halved kiwi, grapes, and raspberries.
