Mickey New Year Charcuterie

Ingredients & Supplies

• 2 Brie rounds
• Orange marmalade
• Black gel icing pen
• Gouda round, cut into wedges,
• Dill havarti, cut into cubes
• Salami, formed into roses
• Bottle of mini sparkling juice or cider
• Assorted crackers
• Black grapes, washed and dried
• Blueberries, washed and dried
• Blackberries, washed and dried
• Sliced white cheese 
• 3-inch Mickey cookie cutter
• Mini number cutters 
• Round platter

Directions

1. Prepare the Mickey Brie:
   • Slice brie in half. Using a Mickey Mouse-shaped cookie cutter, cut out a Mickey shape and reserve. Spread the uncut brie circle with orange marmalade and top with the Mickey-cut brie circle.  
   • Arrange the Mickey brie on the board as the centerpiece.
2. Design the Tuxedo Cheese:
   • Cut brie into 6-8 wedges. Draw mini tuxedo designs on pre-sliced cheese using edible black food gel. 
3. Assemble the Board:
   • Start with the larger items, like the Mickey brie, tuxedo cheese, and cider bottle.
   • Add the salami roses.
   • Place gouda wedges, dill havarti cubes, and crackers around the cheeses and meats.
   • Fill gaps with fresh fruits.
4. Add the Finishing Touches
   • Arrange Mickey shaped brie cut-out over fruit.
   • Using mini cookie cutters, cut out the numbers for the new year and add to the board.
