1. Place a 4″ Mickey cookie cutter in the center of the board and fill with mini chocolate chips. Add peppermint sticks to divide the remaining area into thirds. Fill each area with a different color of mini marshmallows. Carefully remove the cookie cutter.
2. Place a 2 1/2″ Mickey cookie cutter in the center of one of the ears and fill with M & Ms. Surround with mini marshmallows. Carefully remove the cookie cutter.
Repeat process with other ear using starlight mints for the Mickey shape.
To finish board, arrange starlight mints around the perimeter of each ear and peppermint spoons around the perimeter of Mickey’s face.
To create mini Mickey marshmallows sprinkle a plate of cutting board with powdered sugar. Slice marshmallows in half and place cut side down on powdered sugar. Dip 1 1/2″ cookie cutter in powdered sugar and cut out Mickey shapes. Arrange Mickey marshmallows over the board.
Fill a small bowl with whipped cream. Chop candy canes and sprinkle onto the whipped cream. Decorate the top with 3 starlight mints to create a hidden mickey.
If desired, serve your hot cocoa with oreo cookies so guests can create mugs of hot cocoa with Mickey ears. Enjoy!
