Escape to the tropics with beautiful and refreshing Mermaid Water!
This easy and delicious mocktail is perfect for a Little Mermaid dinner or party. We’re sharing a non-alcohol version that the kids will love, but if you want to turn it into a cocktail add rum. Cocktail ingredients are included.
Mermaid Water
Ingredients:
6 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz. Blue Curaçao syrup (alcoholic version for cocktail)
1.5 oz Coconut Rum (for cocktail)
1.5 oz Spiced Rum (for cocktail)
Pineapple stars and fronds for garnish
Instructions:
Fill your glass with ice cubes. Add pineapple juice, lime juice, and Blue Curaçao syrup to your glass. Stir to combine. Arrange pineapple stars around the interior perimeter of the glass and top with a pineapple star and pineapple fronds for garnish.
Cocktail variation:
Substitute Blue Curaçao syrup for 1 oz Blue Curaçao liqueur and add coconut rum and spiced rum.
