This appetizer is perfect for a Nightmare Before Christmas party or movie night.
Man Eating Wreath Veggie Tray
Ingredients
- Broccoli, washed and trimmed into bite size pieces
- Cherry tomatoes
- Lemon peel, cut into two ovals
- Black olive, cut in half and trimmed into two circles
- White cheddar cheese, sliced and cut into triangle shapes
Equipment
- Large Tray or Platter
- Red bow (optional)
Instructions:
1. Arrange the broccoli in a wreath shape. Dot with cherry tomatoes.
2. Add the lemon peels to the top of the wreath for the wreath’s eyes. Lay two olive circles over the peels for pupils.
3. Arrange the cheese triangles inside the wreath to look like teeth. If desired, add a red bow to the bottom of the wreath.
4. Serve with hummus or your favorite vegetable dip.
