INSTRUCTIONS
1. Decorate Rim of Glasses – Place buttercream in a small bowl and add 2-3 drops of green food coloring. Stir to combine thoroughly. Microwave the frosting for 10-15 seconds until it has a slightly runny consistency. Pour the frosting into a saucer or shallow bowl and dip the rim of the glasses coating evenly. Arrange Lucky Charms marshmallows over the frosting. Set aside.
2. Make whipped cream – In the meantime, add the whipping cream powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment or mixing bowl. Beat the ingredients together, starting on low speed and increasing to high slowly as it begins to firm up. Beat until stiff peaks form. Transfer mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip and set aside.
3. Make milkshake – Blend the ice cream, milk, peppermint extract, vanilla and food coloring in a blender until smooth. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with whipped cream, more Lucky Charms marshmallows and Lucky Charms Mickey treats on bamboo skewers. Serve with a straw.
