Layered Lemonade

This blended lemonade is a treat for both the palate and the eyes. The drink reflects the beautiful colors of the sea monsters and the color palette of the film. It’s simple to prepare and will be the star of the show! This recipe was featured on our Luca Disney dinner.

Serves 4

Ingredients:

32 oz. lemonade
Ice
Green, blue, and purple Food Coloring

Instructions:

1. Make blended lemonade – In a blender or Vitamix combine ⅓ of the lemonade and ice. Blend until smooth. Add green food coloring. Pour into a pitcher and set aside. Next blend ⅓ of remaining lemonade with more ice and color blue. Pour into a pitcher and set aside. Repeat with remaining lemonade and purple food coloring.

2. Assemble drinks – Spoon green blended lemonade in the bottom of the glass. Top with blue and finish with purple. Serve immediately.
