Iron Man Jello Dessert
Ingredients:
- 1 box (6 oz) strawberry jello (red layer)
- 1 box (3 oz) lemon jello (yellow layer)
- Reddi Whip
Instructions:
- Prepare the First Red Layer:
- Dissolve half the strawberry jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Add 1/2 cup of cold water and stir.
- Pour the mixture into individual clear cups, filling about a third of the height.
- Refrigerate until the jello is set firmly.
- Prepare the Yellow Layer:
- Dissolve the lemon jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Add 1/2 cup of cold water and stir.
- Once the red layer is set, gently pour the yellow jello mixture over it to fill the second third of the cups. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes until fully set.
- Prepare the Second Red Layer:
- Dissolve half the strawberry jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Add 1/2 cup of cold water and stir.
- Once the red layer is set, gently pour the mixture into the cups, filling the top third of the height.
- Refrigerate until the jello is set firmly.
- Serve:
- Once all layers are completely set, top with Reddi Whip.
- To embellish our individual serving glass, we used our Cricut to cut Iron Man’s mask out of gold vinyl. We love how it turned out.
