These festive Grinch Jello cups layer green and red Jello with a sweet creamy layer. They’re as delicious as they are pretty! These were served on our Grinch movie night but would be perfect for a Grinchmas party spread.
Grinch Jello Cups
Makes 12 3 oz. Jello desserts
Ingredients:
- Strawberry Jello (3 oz.)
- Lime Jello (3 oz.)
- 1 can (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 4 envelopes plain gelatin
- Whipped topping
- Red Heart Sprinkles
Instructions:
- Combine 1 box strawberry jello, one package unflavored gelatin, and one cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Set aside to cool.
2. Combine 1 box lime jello, one package unflavored gelatin, and one cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Set aside to cool.
3. Combine the sweetened condensed milk and one cup boiling water. Mix 2 packages of unflavored gelatin into ¼ cup cold water, then pour into the sweetened condensed milk mixture.
4. Pour lime Jello mixture into the bottom third of a 3oz. appetizer cup. Place in the freezer and allow to set up. Next pour the sweetened condensed milk mixture on the top. Place in the freezer and allow to set up. Finally add strawberry Jello mixture to the top third of the appetizer cup. Place in the freezer and allow to set up.
5. Add whipped topping to a piping bag fitted with a star tip and add whipped topping to the top of each dessert. Decorate with red heart sprinkles.
