Gray Stuff Brownie Bites
Makes 24 2″ desserts
INGREDIENTS
- Chocolate brownies, cut into 2” rounds or Mickey shapes using a cookie cutter
- 3.4 oz vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 15 oreos
- 8 oz whipped cream
- 2 T. chocolate pudding mix sprinkles
- White candy melts
EQUIPMENT
- Mickey cookie cutter (optional)
- Mickey ice mold (optional)
- Piping bag fitted with a coupler and star tip
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Whisk well. Transfer bowl to the refrigerator and chill for 10 minutes.
2. Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they become crumbs. Alternately add cookies to a Ziploc bag and crush using a rolling pin. Combine the crushed Oreos with the chilled pudding mixture. Fold in whipped cream and chocolate pudding mix. Combine thoroughly. Refrigerate for one hour.
3. In the meantime, if you are making Mickey shaped brownie bites melt white candy melts according to package directions. Add to a small ziploc bag and pipe into a Mickey mold. Tap gently to remove any bubbles and allow to harden for around an hour. Remove hardened Mickeys and set aside.
4. Add “gray stuff” to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe a dollop onto the center of the brownies. If desired, top with a white candy Mickey and gold sprinkles .
