Forky is such a fun character! These Krispie treats are an easy and quick no-bake treat that your guests will love. All you need is a batch of Krispie treats, an egg shaped cookie cutter, and some frosting & decorations.
Forky Krispie Treats
Makes 8 Treats
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 20 marshmallows (about 5 ounces)
- 3 c Rice Krispie cereal
- White frosting
- Large candy eyeballs
- Red royal icing
- Blue fondant
Instructions:
1. In large microwave safe bowl, melt butter and marshmallows. Remove from microwave and add cereal. Stir until well coated. Using buttered spatula press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with butter. Mixture should be around 1-inch thick. Allow to set until firm.
2. Using an egg cookie cutter, cut out egg shapes and place on waxed paper. Frost the top of each egg with vanilla frosting. Using a knife, cut out 3 triangles along the top edge to create spork tines. Decorate each with candy eyes. Add a red royal icing unibrow. Roll blue fondant into a ¼” round rope and shape it into Forky’s mouth.
