Merida’s Fire Falls Spritzer is a beautiful layered drink that reflects her signature colors of dark teal and orange. It is light, refreshing and subtly sweet.
Our family enjoys creating signature drinks for theme dinners and parties. This recipe can easily be modified to include alcohol if you wish.
Fire Falls Spritzer
Ingredients:
1 oz. Blue Curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic)
2 oz. seltzer
2 oz. orange juice
Orange slices for garnish
Instructions:
Add Blue Curaçao syrup to your glass. Next, fill the glass with ice cubes and add seltzer. Arrange orange slices around the interior perimeter of the glass and top with orange juice.
Cocktail variation:
Substitute Blue Curaçao syrup for 1 oz Blue Curaçao liqueur and 1 oz vodka.
