Instructions:
- Waffles – Arrange two Mickey waffles in the center of the board. Arrange small bunny waffles around the edge of the board.
- Decorate Waffles – Place 1/2 cup of whipped cream in a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Add tails to the bunnies. Next, using a kitchen scissors cut two jumbo marshmallows in half diagonally. Dip flat edges in pink sanding sugar and add to Mickey & Minnie to resemble bunny ears. Finally, trim the top off a strawberry and cut in half lengthwise. Arrange on Minnie to create a bow. Add a Cadbury egg between the strawberry sections.
- Toppings – Split a package of edible Easter grass into thirds. Gently mold each section into a nest-like shape. Place near the edges of the board between bunny waffles. Pour Cadbury eggs in one and pastel M & Ms in one. Place remaining whipped cream in a small bowl and set it inside the last edible grass nest.
- Fruit – Place grapes around the outside edge of the board filling in open spaces. Cut strawberries in half lengthwise and arrange in the open areas in the center of the board.
Note: You may wish to serve your board with strawberry or chocolate sauce or Maple syrup. Place sauces in small pitchers near the board along with other breakfast dishes such as eggs, breakfast meats, roasted potatoes, and more fruit. Enjoy!
