These Dipped Strawberry Wafer Cookies are no bake and take just minutes to prepare. They are decked out in sugar pearls & snowflakes and look beautiful on a dessert platter. They were served on our Nutcracker and the Four Realms Tea Party. Read more about it here.
Dipped Strawberry Wafer Cookies
Ingredients:
Strawberry sugar wafer cookies
Pink candy melts
White snowflake sprinkles
Pink & white nonpareils
Instructions:
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt candy melts according to package directions.
Dip 1/3 of sugar wafer cookie into melted candy coating. Set on parchment paper and immediately sprinkle with nonpareils and snowflake sprinkles. Allow to harden completely before serving.
