We gave our crudite platter a twist by arranging it to look like a coral reef. Leaf lettuce and veggies are arranged in a shell-inspired bowl with green goddess dipping sauce served in a real shell. Take your guests on an under the sea adventure with delicious coral crudites! This appetizer was part of our Luca Disney dinner menu.
Coral Crudites
Ingredients:
- Broccoli florets
- Cauliflower florets, white or purple
- Cucumber slices
- Celery stalks with leaves
- Carrot sticks
- Bell peppers spears
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Green onions, trimmed with tops sliced and curled
- Red leaf lettuce or purple kale
- Green goddess dressing
Instructions:
In a shallow bowl or tray, arrange leaf lettuce or kale. Arrange vegetables on top of the greens. Clump like vegetables together to look like coral. Serve with green goddess dressing.
