Cloud Jello Desserts

Serves 8

Ingredients:

• 2 cups boiling water
• 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) blue Jello
• 2 cups cold water
• 2 cups whipped cream
• Colorful candy pearls
• Plastic cups & spoons

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine boiling water and Jello mix; stir for two minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Pour into a 13×9-inch dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Refrigerate until Jello is set but not firm.

    

2. Use a spoon to break Jello into small flakes. Spoon 2 tablespoons of Jello into each serving glass. Then top with 2 tablespoons whipped cream and press whipped cream against the side of the glass with the back of a spoon. Repeat layers. Top with whipped cream and candy pearls.

3. Refrigerate 1 hour.
