Makes 16 pastry bunnies
Ingredients:
🐰1 box puff pastry
🐰2 T butter, melted
🐰2 T brown sugar
🐰1 tsp cinnamon
🐰1/4 cup vanilla buttercream
Instructions:
🐰Spread melted butter over the surface of puff pastry leaving a ½” margin on both edges. Sprinkle it with cinnamon and sugar.
🐰Top with a second sheet of puff pastry and crimp unbuttered edges. Cut into 16 strips using a pizza cutter. Twist twice to form a bunny.
🐰Bake on a parchment lined cookie sheet for 18-20 minutes at 400 degrees or until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely. Pipe on buttercream tails using a star tip.
