Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 ounces dark or milk chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt

- Grapes
- Sliced pears
- Cherries
- Cubed Kiwi
- Assorted Berries
- Marshmallows
- Pretzels
- Pound cake, cubed
- Shortbread cookies
- Wafer Cookies

Instructions
- Prepare fondue – Warm heavy cream in a double boiler over medium heat. When it starts to simmer add chocolate chips. Whisk until combined. Add a tiny pinch of salt.
- Note: If you don’t have a double boiler, you can bring an inch or two of water to a simmer in a saucepan. Then place a heat proof bowl over the top of the saucepan and warm your mixture inside the bowl. This will ensure your mixture warms slowly over indirect heat.
- Serve – Carefully pour fondue into a fondue pot and serve with a platter of your favorite dippers. Fondue pots come in all shapes and sizes with varying heat sources. We’ve shared some best selling fondue pots at the end of this post if you’re looking for one.
