Create adorable and delicious chocolate cherry mice using chocolate covered cherries, Hershey’s kisses, sliced almonds, and candy. These treats are easy to make and so fun to eat! They were served on our Nutcracker and the Four Realms Tea Party. Read more about it here.
Chocolate Cherry Mice
Ingredients:
- Chocolate almond bark, melted according to package instructions
- Hershey’s Kisses
- Sliced Almonds
- Chocolate Covered Cherries
- Cherry Twizzlers, untwisted
- Red ball candies
- White nonpareils
Instructions:
- Dip flat side of Hershey’s Kiss in melted chocolate. Add two sliced almonds for ears. Adhere a chocolate covered cherry to the melted chocolate.
2. Adhere a 2-inch length of Twizzler to the bottom side of the mouse using melted chocolate.
3. Using a toothpick, add a dot of melted chocolate to the front of the Hershey’s Kiss where you want to add the mouse’s features. Add two white nonpareils for eyes and a red candy for a nose. add a small bit of melted chocolate to the Hershey’s kiss to add eyes and a nose.
