Makes one 4”x8” cheese ball
INGREDIENTS:
🥕16 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
🥕8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
🥕½ tsp. onion powder
🥕½ tsp. garlic powder
🥕¼ tsp. black pepper
🥕½ tsp. dried oregano
🥕½ tsp dried parsley
🥕1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
🥕1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
🥕Fresh parsley sprigs
🥕Crackers
INSTRUCTIONS:
🥕Combine cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese and seasonings in a medium bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix until well combined.
🥕Turn out cheese mixture onto plastic wrap and mold into a carrot shape. Remove plastic wrap and place on a serving board.
🥕Cover the carrot shape with shredded cheddar cheese. Gently press the remaining cheddar cheese into the carrot cheese ball. Arrange sprigs of parsley in the top of the cheese ball to look like carrot greens. 🥕Surround with crackers and serve.
