Entertain with Magic
These fun and colorful layered desserts were served on our Encanto dinner. Layers of lime jello and whipped cream are topped with green sanding sugar, shards of edible green glass, and a fondant rat. They are so fun to make and serve.

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a medium bowl, combine boiling water and Jello mix; stir for two minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Pour into a 13×9-inch dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Refrigerate until Jello is set but not firm.
2. Use a spoon to break Jello into small flakes. Spoon 2 tablespoons of Jello into each serving glass. Then top with 2 tablespoons whipped cream and press whipped cream against the side of the glass with the back of a spoon. Repeat layers. Top with whipped cream and green sanding sugar. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. In the meantime, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place green Jolly Ranchers on the foil and bake for 350 degrees for 5-8 minutes or until melted. Allow to cool completely and then break into shards.
4. To serve, top each dessert with shards of green edible glass and a fondant rat.
