Ingredients:
16 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
8 oz. white cheddar cheese, shredded
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Sliced cheddar cheese
Black olives
Instructions:
1.Put cream cheese, white cheddar cheese, and seasonings into a medium bowl and stir until well combined. Divide the cheese mixture into 3/4 and 1/4 portions and place each onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Carefully mold into balls.
2. Place the large ball on a serving platter. Gently press the bottom of the small ball flat and set on top of the large ball.
3. Using a round cutter, cut out four circles for BB8 trim. Use a smaller cutter to cut out the center which will create a ring. Cut small squares out of cheese scraps to create the details inside the ring. Press into the rings and square pieces into the sides of the large ball. Decorate the centers of the rings with black pepper for gray areas inside the orange ring.
4. To decorate the head, cut two more cheese rings using round cookie cutters. Place one under the head and one on top of the head. Cut small squares out of cheese scraps to create the details. Add black olives for the eyes and ground black pepper for gray areas inside the orange trim.
5. Serve with your BB-8 cheeseball with your favorite crackers.
