Rachel grew up in the midwest surrounded by a close knit family of great cooks. She is passionate about building family bonds by creating magical memories and enjoys sharing ideas to make entertaining fun and easy for her readers.
Rachel launched her blog, Pixie Dust and Posies, in 2021 where she specializes in helping her readers create enchanting party themes and recipes. Her work often features and imaginative designs and dishes inspired by beloved franchises such as Disney, Harry Potter and Star Wars and she is known for her attention to detail, from decor to food presentation, and her ability to create immersive, themed experiences.
Rachel is the author of “Entertaining with Magic: Spooky Soirées and Delectable Dishes for Halloween” a guide to creating magical Halloween celebrations inspired by your favorite Halloween characters and movies. It is available through Amazon and Etsy.
Rachel’s theme dinners and recipes have been featured in Walt Disney World Magazine and Mingle Magazine as well as Disney’s Instagram account. When she’s not creating content for her blog, Rachel works as a stylist with companies, helping to connect consumers to their products in a food and entertaining setting.
Rachel lives in the woods of Wisconsin with her husband and three beautiful children. Their family loves learning together, making music, traveling & exploring, and spending time in the kitchen.
