Entertain with Magic
These little potstickers are one of our family’s favorites. They’re filled with delicious vegetables and seasonings and are perfectly wrapped with a crisp wonton wrapper. Our dipping sauce has just a bit of kick but can be modified with less chili sauce. This recipe was featured on our Mulan Disney dinner.

Vegetable Potstickers
Dipping Sauce:
Instructions
2. Make filling – Using a food processor, chop mushrooms, chop green onions, shred cabbage, and shred carrots in separate batches. Finely minced fresh ginger and garlic. Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. When hot, add vegetables and saute until golden brown and moisture has cooked off, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
3. Form potstickers – Line a pan with parchment. Working with twelve wonton wrappers at a time, lay the wrappers out on a large cutting board. Fill a small bowl with water. Use a small basting brush to wet the edges of each wrapper and spoon 2 heaping teaspoons of filling into the center. Fold the wrapper over and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
4. Make potstickers – Heat remaining cooking oil in a large skillet with a tightly fitting lid. When oil is hot, add potstickers working batches to make sure potstickers don’t overlap. Brown for 2 minutes. Flip and brown the other side for 2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of water and immediately cover with a large lid. Steam for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately with dipping sauce.
