Entertain with Magic
These sparkly candy apples are beautiful and easy to make. They are perfect for a Snow White dinner, a Disney Villains party or Halloween. Our candy apples were featured on our Snow White dinner and Disney Villains Halloween party.

Instructions
1. Wash and thoroughly dry apples and sticks (if using sticks from outdoors). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and butter parchment or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a medium heavy-bottom saucepan, combine sugar, water, corn syrup, and food coloring. Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium-high. Insert candy thermometer and continue to boil until temperature reaches between 300 degrees (hard crack stage).
3. Meanwhile, insert a small cleaned stick about 6-inches long and ½” in diameter into the top of each apple, pushing about halfway through.
4. When mixture reaches temperature, immediately remove from heat. Working quickly, dip apples in sugar mixture until completely coated. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet; allow to cool.
