Entertain with Magic
These elegant magnolia napkin rings were featured on our “The Princess & The Frog” dinner. They were the showstopper of the table but were so easy to make. Learn how to make them here using a toilet paper tube, florists tape, and a magnolia.
Supplies
Instructions
2. Wrap the 2 inch tube with floral tape so it is covered completely. Secure the end with a little glue if needed.
3. Using wire cutters, cut the bloom off of the stem. Slide two leaves off the stem.
4. Trim the leaves to approximately 3 inches in length.
5. Using the hot glue gun, glue the trimmed edges to the center of the tube.
6. Using hot glue, glue the bloom to the center of the tube.
That’s it! I purchased artificial magnolias in “toast” from Joann Fabrics and had all the other materials around the house. Each napkin ring cost around $2 to make. From start to finish, each napkin ring took about 10 minutes to make.
