1. Prepare the Brie:

Place the brie on a cutting board. For easier handling, chill the brie in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes beforehand.
Hold the brie steady with one hand and slice it horizontally into two even layers.
Place layers back together and cut the brie into four equal quarters to create triangles.
Using mini cookie cutters, cut out one shape per quarter. Reserve cut-outs to decorate your board.
Spread blueberry preserves over the bottom layer of two quarters and strawberry preserves over the bottom layer of two quarters.
Arrange top quarters over the preserves.

2. Prepare the Salami Roses:

Fold row of salami slices in half.
