Makes 2 Drinks
Ingredients
- Sugar, for rim of glass
- 2 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice (reserve lemon peel)
- Ice cubes
- 4 oz. apple juice, chilled
- 2 oz. Granny Smith apple syrup, chilled
- Club soda, chilled
Directions
- Prepare the Glass: Place sugar in a saucer. Moisten the rim of a martini glass with a lemon slice. Dip rim in sugar. Allow glasses to sit which will help sugar harden.
- Mix the Elixir: In a shaker with ice, combine approximately 2 oz. of fresh lemon juice with apple juice and Granny Smith apple syrup (or Green Apple Vodka). Shake or stir to combine. Pour mixture into glasses. Top with club soda.
- Pour & Serve: Strain the mixture into your prepared glass.
