Rainbow tortilla Chips
INGREDIENTS:
- Flour tortillas
- Food coloring (red, yellow, green, blue, purple)
- Salt
- Mickey cookie cutter
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine 2 cups of water with a few dashes of salt. Distribute the salt water into 5 small bowls. Put food coloring in each bowl and mix. Colors should be vibrant for the best effect.
3.Cut out Mickey shapes from the uncooked tortillas and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Paint the chips with the colored salted water using a basting brush. Sprinkle chips with salt.
4.Bake for 6-8 minutes watching closely to ensure the chips don’t brown. Remove from the baking sheet, allow to cool completely, and serve with your favorite dip.
