These Mickey “Mini Pumpkin Pie” Appetizers are as tasty as they are cute. Made with just four ingredients, they are simple to make and will be ready in a snap! These are perfect for a Thanksgiving gathering or fall buffet.
Mickey "Mini Pumpkin Pie" Appetizers
Ingredients:
- Block of Cheddar Cheese
- Nabisco Triscuit Thin Crisps
- Nabisco Chicken in a Biscit Crackers
- Whipped Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
- Piping Big fitted with a Star Tip
Instructions:
- Cut the cheddar cheese into two halves to create 1/2″ thick slabs. Next cup triangle shapes roughly the same size as the Triscuit Thin Crisps.
- Fill your pastry bag fitted with a star tip with whipped cream cheese. Set aside.
- Pipe a small amount of cream cheese onto the top of a Thin Crisp. Place the cheese on top. Place a small amount of cream cheese onto the bottom half of a Chicken in a Biscit cracker and adhere to the cheese to create an outer crust.
- Using the piping bag, carefully pipe a small Mickey onto the top of the pie.
