Let’s tip our glasses Leprechaun style! This delicious family-friendly shamrock drink will fill you with St. Patrick’s Day spirit. This recipe is perfect for a St. Patrick’s Day party!

1. Make Simple Syrup – Heat water and apple juice in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until hot. Do not boil. Add the sugar and stir until fully dissolved. Add a drop of green food coloring. Allow to cool to room temperature. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator. Alternately, you could use Rose’s Green Apple Syrup instead.
2. Prepare Garnish – Using a shamrock cookie cutter, cut a shamrock out of an apple slice. Carefully cut a 1/2 slit in the shamrock stem. Set aside.
3. Prepare Glasses – Dip the rim of each glass in water and then in green sanding sugar to coat. Fill each glass with ice cubes.
4. Assemble Drinks – Fill glasses half way with lemonade. Top with club soda. Finally pour green syrup over the top. Place the shamrock apple slice over the rim of the glass. Serve immediately.
