Mickey Cheese Wreath
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) pepper jack cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- Kalamata olives
- Pimento-stuffed green olives
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions:
Arrange cheese cubes in a Mickey shape on your favorite platter. Dot with olives.
Tuck rosemary sprigs around the outside perimeter of your cheese wreath. Add a bow at the bottom of the wreath if desired.
Serve with your favorite crackers.
