Dumbo Smoothie

Serves 4

Ingredients:

MANGO LAYER

• 1 oranges, peeled and sliced
• 1 cup frozen cubed mango
• 1 tablespoon honey
• ¼ cup orange juice, plus more if smoothie is too thick

BLUEBERRY LAYER

• 1 container vanilla yogurt, 6 oz
• 2 cups frozen blueberries
• 1 frozen banana, sliced
• Up to ¼ cup milk if smoothie is too thick
  

GARNISH

• 1/2 cup Ready Whip
• 4 strawberries, quartered
• Starfruit, sliced OR Pineapple slice cut into a star shape
  
  Instructions:

1. Mango layer – Place ingredients in a blender in the order they are listed and blend. Add more orange juice while the smoothie is blending if it is too thick.
   
   
2.  Blueberry Layer – Place ingredients in a blender in the order they are listed and blend. Add milk while the smoothie is blending if it is too thick.
   
   
3. Assemble – Spoon the smoothie mixtures into glasses. Top each smoothie with whipped cream and fresh strawberries for garnish. Add a pineapple star or starfruit on a skewer and a straw.
