Ocelot Fruit Plate
We love serving fruit on a party menu – it’s colorful, delicious, and healthy. We create an ocelot platter using 1″ cubes of pineapple and cantaloupe. The ocelot’s eyes are made of kiwi and his nose is a small square of kiwi skin.
Ingredients:
- 22 Pineapple Cubes, 1″ x 1″
- 16 Cantaloupe Cubes, 1″ x 1″
- 4 Kiwi Cubes, 1″ x 1″
- 1 Cantaloup Square, 2″ x 2″ x 1″
- 1/2 ” Kiwi Skin Square
Instructions:
Aside from the ears, the ocelot is made of two layers with the two-inch cantaloupe muzzle and kiwi skin nose added to the top layer. See the diagram below below to create your own Ocelot out of fruit.
