Our lime spritzer is crisp, light, and refreshing! This non-alcoholic drink is a crowd pleaser and will be enjoyed by guests of all ages. We featured this recipe on our Disney Villains Halloween party, our Snow White Dinner, our Jungle Cruise party, and our Minecraft party.
Lime Spritzer
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups club soda
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- Drop of green food coloring
- Lime slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Make Simple Syrup – Heat water in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until hot. Do not boil. Add the sugar and stir until fully dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
2. Assemble Drinks – Fill a glass with ice. Add club soda, lime juice, and 2 tablespoons of simple syrup. Stir to combine. Add green food coloring. Garnish with lime slices.
