The Kumandran Sunrise is a tropical layered smoothie inspired by Raya and the Last Dragon. Vibrant layers of dragon fruit, mango, pineapple, banana and blueberry make both delicious and beautiful. This smoothie was featured on our Raya & the Last Dragon Dinner & Movie night.
Kumandran Sunrise
Ingredients
Dragon Fruit Layer
- 1 cup pineapple, cubed
- 1 cup dragon fruit, cubed
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup crushed ice
Blueberry Layer
- 1 container blueberry yogurt (6 oz)
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- Place ingredients for the dragon fruit layer in a Vitamix or blender in the order listed and blend until smooth. Set aside.
- Place ingredients for the blueberry layer in a Vitamix or blender in the order listed and blend until smooth. Set aside.
- Layer the smoothie in a glass. Garnish with a toothpick of blueberries.
